Nutrition
I once read that if our bodies were sold on the open
meat market, they would not pass USDA inspection as we are so full of
toxic poisons. With the world we live in today, I believe this could
be true.
Our water is polluted, the air is toxic and our food is stripped
of nutrients and packed with poisonous chemicals and hormones.
Viruses and bacteria are also a large threat.
The cause of many diseases is toxic buildup, therefore putting
pressure on the body´s vital organs and other systems.
Diet and lifestyle also play a role in this.
With that being said, pain, suffering and early death caused
by today´s lifestyle can be avoided and even turned
around. While young, our bodies are in better shape to deal
with our toxic world and lifestyle, but unfortunately this
will bring upon most of us many years of discomfort during
old age which can be completely avoided. Wouldn´t you
like to still be going on hikes and enjoying life at 80 or 90
as apposed to living your last 20 to 30 years out in discomfort
or even diseased?
This is the reason for me starting Salubrity (Health and
Wholeness), so that I may bring hope and encouragement to
those who suffer from a long list of chronic illnesses or
who would like to be helped and educated to stay healthy.
Deep cleansing your body with a special programme to meet
your individual needs will help restore health and vitality.
This in turn will renew energy, shed fat and give you a healthy
glow that you probably didn´t even know existed anymore.
Of course diet and healthy living is not all, and one has to
look at lifestyle to ensure that body, mind and spirit are working
in synergy. Stress is a big killer and is a very important factor
in becoming and/or remaining healthy and disease free.

´Illness is the issue and focus in today´s
generations. It is sad, but a proven fact that orthodox medicine
in the way we find it today, is to fight the war to cure
disease and illness, and not to prevent it from occurring
in the first place. Doctors today receive almost no training at all
in nutrition. Inconceivable, isn´t it?´ - Health Wars, Phillip Day
However, I do believe that orthodox medicine most definitely has
its place in critical situations. But we should try to avoid
becoming severely ill wherever possibly, and support our systems
in the right way should we need to be on medication or have surgery.
I hope that with each generation, we become more aware of the
importance of nutritional knowledge and how to listen to our
bodies.
´One of the final challenges for human beings is to get old
with as much verve and gumption as possible´ - Alison Judson Ryerson
